Hand in hand with my business, Exhale Wellness Spa (see my blog on ‘Day in the Life of Exhale Wellness Spa’), I am also a yoga teacher at Hot Yogi Cronulla running my own special event workshops and retreats. I incorporate my personal values into both my practice and teachings in the yoga studio as well as in the room for my clients when performing a colonic treatment.
